Luke was fantastic, came out immediately to investigate my water leak and quickly put things in place to prevent damage to my carpets. Very polite and friendly service, also wrote a very comprehensive report for my insurance. Would definately recommend.

Received exceptional service from Luke who really took the time do a thorough inspection for our water damaged ceiling and carpeting area upstairs. Luke was very friendly, courteous, and so patient with answering all our questions and explained everything in great detail. He setup industrial fans and dehumidifiers in multiple rooms to prevent any mould from forming in areas that were inaccessible. After a few days for having these run the levels returned to normal and minimised any damage and prevented potential mould. He even came out on the weekend to check on how things were going. We're very happy with the outcome and couldn't recommend the service Luke and their team provided high enough.

We had water damage from a storm. Prompt and professional. Luke was great to deal with.

After several days of heavy rain, water seeped into our roof cavity causing the gyprock ceiling to collapse. Called High Demand on a friends recommendation. Luke came within hours of our call and located the source of the leakage. After repositioning the loose tile, he removed all the moulding insulation and cleaned up the debris. In addition, High Demand installed commercial dryers in the roof cavity as well as in the living area. Luke returned each day for 2 days to take moisture readings and when he was satisfied levels were back to normal, he removed all the equipment. He supplied a full report and an invoice for me to claim against my insurance policy. Luke was very professional, polite and knew what he doing. I would not hesitate in recommending this business to anyone.
